Marie Jo Bras Return and Exchange Guidelines
We strive to provide the highest quality in our bras and panties and hope that you are truly happy with your purchases from mariejobras.com. Purchase’s that do not meet your expectations may be returned (see exceptions) and issued in the form of an online credit or a refund on the credit card that was used to make your purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from your total refund.
If you wish to cancel any special order, this must be done within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. The support team has the ability to cancel the order and issue a full refund, only within this 24 hour period. If your cancellation request is submitted on a weekend or non-working holiday, it will be processed on the following business day. Special orders may not be cancelled after the 24 hours time frame and will be processed, charged and shipped once they are received from the designer. There is merchandise that may not be returned or exchanged due to quality and hygiene standards that must be maintained. Non-refundable items include: All panties, shape wear, hosiery, adhesive products, sale merchandise, special orders, items with the tags removed or that appear to have been worn. We suggest referencing our Bra Sizing Guide before placing a bra order with our bra fitting staff specialist to ensure that the proper size is ordered. Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise eligible for a return or exchange must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped with the original tags attached. The items must be received to us in clean, new, unworn and unwashed condition, free of scents, dirt or other markings. Please take care in packaging your items carefully so that the appearance of the merchandise is not changed in any way, shape or form. Any items you wish to return or exchange must be received to our support team within 14 days of the original shipping date.
Items that are received after 14 days, but less than 21 days, from the original ship date may be returned for online credit only if the return and exchange criteria is met. Any items received after 21 days of the original ship date will be considered non-refundable at that time.
(Damaged goods may be processed at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refunds based on the amount of damage and reserve the right to assess restocking or restoration fees.)
Before placing your order for quantities of four (4) or more items with the same style number and size, please allow one of our bra fit specialists to confirm your correct size. Only three (3) items with the same style or size combination will be accepted to be returned in any one transaction.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will only be covered if the incorrect item was shipped. You will be charged for the shipping of items that are exchanged. Domestic orders will be charged $5 and Canadian orders will be charged $23.99 for reshipments. Please keep in mind that shipping charges vary if an alternate shipping method is selected.

We take great care in packaging and inspecting your items before your order is shipped. In the event that an incorrect item is shipped, we assume cost for the return as well as the cost to ship the correct item to you. Once we receive the incorrect item, the correct item will be shipped to you. We will not be held accountable for defects caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the exchange of items that the vendor deems to be defective.
